Altamount Road or Altamont Road is a residential street in South Mumbai. The road was officially re-named "S. K. Barodawalla Marg", however, it is stil known with its old name.The Indonesian and of South African counsulates are situated along this road. The Belgian, Japanese and Chinese consulates are on the adjacent Carmichael Road. The official residential bunglow of the Chairman of the Mumbai Port Trust situated in this area was originally made by Vittel who also designed the Gateway of India and Ballard Estate. The offcial residence of the Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai is also located here.

Breach Candy
Bhulabhai Desai Road which is also known as Breach Candy or Warden Road is a market, semi-commercial and residential area of South Mumbai. The United States Consulate in Mumbai is here. The Mahalaxmi Temple is closely situated. It is 21 kilometers south of International Airport in Mumbai. It is just 2 kilometers from Mumbai Central railway station.
The area has many famous landmarks from the Breach Candy Hospital to Tata Gardens. There is the Breach Candy club with India's largest swimming pool in the shape of Indian map.

Agripada
Agripada is an area in South Mumbai. It is located near Byculla and Mumbai Central.It is a mostly residential area home to textile workers who work in the mills of the city. Over the past few years, the area has become notorious for criminal activities.
